On December 30th, the company organized and held the 2023 annual cadre work meeting, which was attended by members of the company's management team, management cadres from various departments, and production workshop directors. The meeting was presided over by Liu Jianbo, the executive deputy general manager.
At the meeting, Liu Jianbo, the executive deputy general manager, announced the company's appointments and notices for 2024. He outlined the division of responsibilities among cadres, the appointment of cadres in various departments, six major working groups including quality and safety, as well as notices regarding the quality, environmental safety, on-site fire prevention committees and their members. Following this, the heads of each department sequentially presented their year-end reports, covering the work situation of their respective departments this year and work plans for the next year.
General Manager Song Binzheng made a speech, fully affirming the work achievements of all cadres over the past year. He also mentioned that all 17 newly built ships of the company have been launched, and the follow-up water work and new ship delivery should not be relaxed. They should be delivered as soon as possible with quality and quantity guaranteed. He once again conveyed the spirit of the cadre team management meeting held by the manager office meeting of the group company in December. All cadres should be based on their own functions and responsibilities, enhance their awareness of the overall situation, adhere to the principle of "capable personnel promoted, average personnel transferred, and incompetent personnel removed" in implementing decisions, improving efficiency, strengthening team building, etc. They should be responsible, proactive, not avoid responsibility, not shirk responsibility, and repay the company's trust and expectations with practical actions and work achievements.
