On March 1, the company convened a meeting on production safety, centered on the theme of strengthening safety protocols and fortifying safety defenses. The meeting was attended by members of the company's management team, departmental managers, and production workshop directors, and was presided over by Executive Deputy General Manager Liu Jianbo.
The meeting outlined arrangements and strategies for current production safety operations, as well as plans and measures for the immediate future. It was emphasized that, given the high volume of shipbuilding orders this year, the company faces tight deadlines and heavy workloads. Consequently, heads of all departments must strictly enforce accountability among their staff, lead their teams effectively by example, and ensure the successful completion of all assigned tasks. In particular, the production workshops are required to actively mobilize employee enthusiasm and engagement, thereby successfully implementing the company-wide system of secondary contracted production responsibility established for each workshop.
Moving forward, all production workshops—particularly the Shipbuilding Department—must further clarify their operational priorities and key milestones within the construction schedule. They must reinforce accountability among project supervisors and the heads of subcontracting teams to ensure that all safety production requirements throughout the shipbuilding process are fully, meticulously, and effectively implemented. All other departments are tasked with providing comprehensive support services, including quality inspections, electrical support, equipment provisioning, and oversight of safety and environmental standards. It is essential to foster unity of purpose—further solidifying responsibilities, enhancing capabilities, and refining operational workflows—to genuinely forge a collective synergy in safety production efforts and ensure the sustained, stable development of the company's safety operations.
