On July 24, the company held a commencement ceremony for a 79-meter JM4242D-type deck barge being built for FUXIN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING LIMITED. The ceremony was attended by the owner's representative, Qiao Jianchen; a CCS surveyor; and company executives, including Executive Deputy General Manager Liu Jianbo, as well as Deputy General Managers Fu Xiujun and Song Haiyang.
This vessel is designed as a deck cargo carrier, measuring 79.8 meters in length and 20 meters in molded breadth. It is primarily intended for transporting engineering auxiliary materials, block stone, and non-toxic lump minerals; it is not suitable for carrying sand or cargo with a water absorption rate exceeding 3%. The vessel is designed for operation within coastal waters. Constructed of steel, the ship features a single deck, a double bottom, an inclined bow, and a welded steel sternpost; bilge keels are fitted along the bilges on both the port and starboard sides. It is a twin-engine, twin-propeller, and twin-rudder vessel with an aft-engine configuration, propelled by two fixed-pitch propellers driven by two marine diesel engines via reduction gearboxes. A three-tier deckhouse is situated on the upper deck.
